2) Updated Settings Page

We’re excited to introduce a new Settings Page for users with ‘Manager’ level permissions!

The first feature on this page is the ability to hide specific columns on the audit results page, giving you a cleaner, more focused view. This is just the beginning—we’ll be adding more functionality to help our main points of contact at each clinic tailor the platform settings to fit their needs.

3) Automated Email Improvements

We’ve made some exciting upgrades to our automated email features:

Email Schedules: CC’ing Based on Role
Now, you can automatically CC people on emails based on their role, such as a supervisor or a specific team member. This ensures that the right people stay informed and involved in the process of addressing changes to clinical documentation.

Static Recipients for Scheduled Emails
You can now send scheduled emails to a specific person or a list of people, rather than individual providers. This is perfect for testing your feedback process before rolling it out fully, or centralizing team level feedback to a few key members.
