1) Highlighting Context

Now you can see exactly where questions are being answered in the chart, with just one click!

We’ve introduced highlighting context in audits, giving you clear visibility into the exact sections of the chart being reviewed for each question.

Now, with a simple click, you can navigate directly to the relevant part of the chart, where the question is sourcing its answer. This feature makes your chart review workflow faster and more intuitive.

2) Documents Page Improvements

For clinics manually uploading notes, we’ve enhanced the Documents Page further to show exactly which documents are being audited and when your audits are complete.

Now, you can easily track your audit progress and know when everything is ready for review, giving you more confidence and clarity in the process.

Simply check to see when the number of documents uploaded, lines up with the number of audits, to know that everything is ready for review!

3) Embedded Links in Question Remediations

We’ve added the ability to embed hyperlinks directly into question remediations, allowing you to customize your feedback emails like never before!

Use this feature to link to training materials, scoring rubrics, or even your own EHR. It’s all about making your communication more comprehensive and useful.
