Here’s what released this week:

1) Notification Customization

Most compliance teams have prebuilt reporting systems and workflows.

Our goal is to build Brellium to be perfectly moldable to your existing workflows.

So your team dynamics stay the same, just with no manual auditing to do.

You can now build custom notification workflows to filter errors by flag and score.

Examples customers have in action today:

If note was copy-and-pasted, automatically send notification to provider and supervisor
If H&P was incomplete and the note scored below an 85%, notify provider to fix
If co-signature was not present and payor = Empire, notify supervising provider to fix

2) Match Flags to Your Workflow

You can now match every color of the rainbow to your custom flag system.

The most popular tracking system so far:

Green for “tracking” data points, yellow/orange for “low severity errors”, and a gradient of red for “high severity” errors to be fixed
