2) Linking supervisor in notifications

You can now link supervisors to people in the people page.

This allows you to cc supervisors on any feedback emails sent to employees.

Making it easier for teams to keep track of errors caught in Brellium and increase transparency and accountability.

3) On-demand emails

On-demand emails are sent automatically and generated instantly. On-demand emails can be set up on certain events such as a question failing, a critical error, or an audit failing.

Now you can avoid the manual work of identifying failed requirements and sending emails individually. All while staying on top of errors as they come up and empowering providers to take quick action.

4) Setting instant email templates as the default

You can now choose which instant email template you would like to have as your “Default” for instant emails, making sending feedback one step easier!

5) Dynamic CC on Instant Emails

Dynamic CC automatically CC’s a role ( e.g. BCBA/Provider/Primary Therapist) on your instant email template.

Enabling your team to have full visibility into any errors in their charts and stay up to date on fixes that are being made.
