Brellium and Upheal Partner to Bring Automated, Audit-Ready Documentation to Behavioral Health
Brellium is excited to announce a strategic partnership with Upheal, a modern mental health EHR, to ...
The integration offers users simple access and stronger security.
Brellium is now available in the Okta Integration Network, supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) via OIDC and automated user provisioning via SCIM. For organizations already using Okta to manage identity across their tools, this means Brellium fits directly into that existing infrastructure, with no parallel access management process required.
With SSO enabled, your providers and staff authenticate into Brellium through Okta, the same way they access every other integrated tool. That means your existing security policies — multi-factor authentication, session controls, login restrictions — apply to Brellium automatically, without additional configuration.
This integration is about more than convenience. In healthcare environments, credential sprawl is a security risk. Every separate username and password is another surface for phishing, reuse attacks, and access that persists longer than it should. Centralizing authentication through Okta reduces that exposure and gives your security team a single place to enforce and audit access policy.
The SCIM integration handles the user lifecycle automatically. When a new team member is onboarded in Okta, they're provisioned in Brellium. When someone leaves or transitions to a different role, their access is deactivated through the same workflow. This integration cuts manual work, lags between HR changes and access changes, and gives you confidence that the right people always have appropriate access.
In an industry where staff turnover is high and improper access to clinical tools carries compliance risk, this automation is the standard that auditors and security teams expect.
The Brellium integration is live in the Okta Integration Network. Existing Okta customers can add it directly from the Okta catalog. If you're a current Brellium customer and want to enable SSO or SCIM provisioning for your organization, contact your account team to get started.
