April was busy for the product team. This month we shipped Email Efficacy — a new dashboard that shows you which providers are improving from training emails, and who needs additional support. We also made Trend Data significantly more powerful and easier for your team to use. Plus, we launched some internal improvements that you'll feel without seeing.

Our engineering team spent the month optimizing backend workflows so our systems run more efficiently. This work will mean every customer sees faster time-to-value, whether you're just getting started with Brellium or making updates down the road. We updated our account overview page so your customer success manager can see the full status of your workflow at a glance — when audits will be next pulled, when your last question set was deployed, and whether everything is running as expected. That means if your team ever has a question, Brellium can more efficiently investigate it for you.

Your question sets, exportable and always current. We can now export our question sets as clean, formatted PDFs — ready to share with your clinical or compliance team. Because this pulls directly from our source of truth, you can trust it reflects the most up-to-date wording by specialty. The question sets capture the most up-to-date payer requirements and your specific language.
